Tamika Jackson

Family Stabilization Program Coordinator

Tamika Jackson’s work at North Capitol Collaborative Inc. (NCCI) is more than a job — it is purpose‑driven service rooted in dignity, compassion, and community care. As the Family Stabilization Program Coordinator, Tamika supports individuals and families during some of their most challenging moments. She oversees NCCI’s food pantry and clothing closet programs, ensuring families have consistent access to nutritious food, clothing, household essentials, and other basic needs. While she manages the logistics of ordering, organizing, and distributing resources, Tamika is most inspired by the relationships built and the trust shared with the families she serves.
Tamika also plays a key role in NCCI’s Spring Break and Summer youth programs, helping create safe, structured, and enriching spaces for young people. Her work reflects a belief that meeting immediate needs is only part of the mission — investing in children and families helps strengthen futures.
Before stepping into her current role, Tamika served as a Senior Family Support Worker, assisting clients at the front desk and helping strengthen internal systems that support NCCI’s programs. Her journey at the organization has allowed her to grow both professionally and personally, deepening her commitment to holistic, community‑centered support.
