Working at NCCI has been more than a job for me — it has been meaningful, purpose-driven work that allows me to serve families with dignity and compassion. As the Family Stabilization Program Coordinator, I have the privilege of supporting individuals and families during some of their most challenging times.

I oversee our food pantry and clothing closet programs, ensuring families have access to nutritious food, clothing, household essentials, and other basic needs. But beyond the logistics of ordering, organizing, and distributing resources, what truly impacts me are the relationships built and the gratitude shared. Providing a welcoming space where families feel respected and supported is something I take great pride in.

Assisting in our Spring Break and Summer youth programs has also been especially rewarding. Creating safe, structured, and enriching spaces for young people reminds me why this work matters — we are not just meeting immediate needs; we are investing in futures. From assisting clients at the front desk to strengthening internal systems in my previous role as Senior Family Support Worker, my journey here has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. I am deeply grateful to be part of an organization that values holistic support — not only for the community we serve but also for its employees. At NCCI, I feel empowered to strive, thrive, and make a meaningful difference every day.
