FRSP Program

The Family Re-Housing Stabilization Program (FRSP), also commonly known as Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), is a time-limited housing and support designed to assist families experiencing homelessness to afford dignified and safe housing in the private market. Rental assistance and support services are provided for 12 to 18 months based on the needs of the household.  Most families will exit the shelter through FRSP. FRSP is available only to families who are connected to another DHS program – like a shelter – after they are assessed and determined eligible by VWFRC.

Families Moving Forward Food Pantry

NCCI's Food Pantry provides food assistance to DC residents, every 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. Recipients will be able to obtain shelf stable pantry items, produce, and meats.

Diaper Village

Diaper Village is exclusive to NCCI clients ONLY. Through our partnership with DC Diaper Bank, we are able to provide monthly distributions to clients of essentials items needed to keep healthy babies and children.

The Deanwood Family Success Center in Ward 7 is operated by North Capital Collaborative, Inc. (NCCI). The Center continues NCCI’s mission-driven purpose to Protect and care for Children, Strengthen Families, and Build Thriving Communities.

What is the Family Success Center?
Deanwood Family Success Center is one of eleven Family Success Centers strategically located in designated neighborhoods across DC’s Wards. While each center’s approach is different, all Centers embody core goals to empower communities, integrate services, and connect families and the community to resources to meet immediate and long-term needs.
