Girl Code: Youth Entrepreneurship & Career Exploration Program
Girl Code is a signature youth development program of North Capitol Collaborative, Inc. designed to empower girls ages 12–17 through entrepreneurship, career exploration, and confidence-building experiences. The program creates a safe, affirming space where young women develop life skills, explore career pathways, and build positive peer connections.
Grounded in positive youth development and trauma-informed facilitation, through interactive workshops, participants are introduced to careers in beauty, wellness, and creative industries while learning foundational entrepreneurship concepts such as personal branding, communication, goal setting, and self-care as a form of professional readiness. Licensed professionals and trained facilitators guide youth through hands-on activities that connect skill-building with real-world applications.
