At North Capitol Collaborative, Inc. (NCCI), we know that finding a job isn’t just about applying. It’s about having the right people, tools, and resources in your corner. That’s why our employment program is built on a Circle of Supports Model that puts you at the center.
How it Works?
From day one, a Family Stabilization Coordinator supports you with identifying and addressing potential barriers to employment. Connecting you to NCCI’s direct services (food pantry, diaper program, clothing, and refferal system). Â
Meanwhile, an Employment and Education Coordinator or Employment Specialist helps you set an employment plan to work towards increasing employability. Access to internal employment workshops and support is offered to clients.Â
When you need more, we connect you to trusted partners across DC ensuring clients take full advantage of training and certification programing available throughout the District. Support continues with periodic check-ins and ongoing support from the NCCI team.Â
